Welcome Parents! Here at Aroha, we aim to provide quality, home-based childcare service. An advantage to home-based childcare is that children are looked after in small groups allowing for a more focused attention from the educator. Research such as Linting et. al (2013) has shown that home-based childcare results in a greater level of well-being than the more populated day-care centres.

Welcome Educators! Aroha prides itself on having excellent Educators who love children and want to contribute to their growth development.

Home-based childcare allows Educators to look after children in the safety of the Educator’s home. Educators who are interested in looking after children can therefore earn income from doing something they enjoy.
